Our developing philosophy is to iterate as mach as possible, and our design stratagy is to be simple and consistent.

How do you divide your team's time between things like design, building, programming etc. Do you enforce this timing? If so, why?

We devided our team into three departments: Mechanics, Programming, and Outreach.
